Matt Krna
Matt founded Two Meter Capital in 2024 to serve as a specialized partner for the next generation of venture and growth equity firms. With more than 25 years of institutional investing experience, he oversees the firm's strategy, Harvest Management strategic advisory services, and all investment activities including capital formation and fundraising.
Before Two Meter Capital, Matt built a distinguished track record as a firm builder and global investor. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Princeville Capital, he grew the firm from inception to a $225M growth fund with a presence across the US, Europe, and Asia. He also served as a Partner at SoftBank Capital and Canaan Partners. A veteran board director through numerous IPO and M&A exits—including Remitly, Fitbit, and BigCommerce—Matt combines deep quantitative analysis with hands-on operating ability to drive terminal liquidity for complex venture portfolios.
Matt holds a degree in History from Harvard University.
